"Mt. Kili"

One of the highlights of our time in Amboseli was seeing Mount Kilimanjaro. It is 19,330 ft (the highest peak in Africa) and sits in Tanzania. I would love to climb it...maybe one day. While we were there it was covered with clouds during the day, but in the afternoon we were blessed with good weather as the clouds cleared up and we got to see the mountain. And as you can see from the pictures, elephants are well populated in Amboseli which made for some neat photos :)

The Bachmans never fail in the picture taking department. Katelin was just here and we were talking about how her and Tanis get to play together next year.that will be fun for them. Missyou

After hearing Will's experience climbing Mt. Kili, I think we can only dream about summiting that sucker. But maybe, like you said, one day. He has actually never seen the full mountain, so I realize how lucky we were to see the wonder of God's beauty. Great pics and an even better experience! Hope to make it back one day...
