Movies and Popcorn...

...make for a wonderful day. I just love the movie theater and now that we have kids we unfortunately do NOT get to go as often as I'd like. Micah has made us watch and rewatch Toy Story and Toy Story 2 about a million times, so we couldn't wait to take him to see Toy Story 3 in the theater. He has been in the theater two years ago as a baby where we saw The Dark Knight (twice), and once or twice in Kenya, but this was the FIRST time he was really able to comprehend and enjoy it. We saw Toy Story in 3D, so I was worried that Micah wouldn't keep his glasses on, but I was wrong. Throughout the movie they may have slid down his face some, but they never came completely off. He sat between Poppi and his Great-Grandpa and enjoyed eating popcorn. It was such a cute movie and I can't wait to see it a million times too :) I don't know who liked it more, my sister, Blair, or Micah!?! Blair seriously was cracking up throughout the whole thing-she's just a big kid and I love it! Anyway, yeah for a movie date...even if it was with BOTH kids ;)

After the movie. Thankfully, JK slept soundly throughout the movie.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame...

I think I've said this before, but Micah is obsessed with sports. His love lately has been baseball. Poppi and GiGi took him to his first baseball game to see the Riverbats play and Micah was pretty ecstatic to say the least. He even got to meet Elmo-I mean, how much better can it really get? Ha.

Such a sweet picture :)
Family fun.
Maybe you'll see me out there one day!?!
Beautiful Angela came with us too.
Showing off their new baseball hats.
Thanks Poppi and GiGi for a great evening!

Two Became One

I couldn't be happier for my precious cousin Bri. She married a such godly man and they are just perfect for one another. Paul and I got to enjoy a few hours without children, where we were actually able to socialize and have some fun on the dance floor. Later on in the evening we went to our room and allowed Micah to escape from his babysitter in order to break it down on the dance floor-and he did just that! I have tons of video to prove it, but unfortunately no pictures :(

Here are a few pictures from their actual wedding day...she was too gorgeous for words and was just glowing :)

B and J's Rehearsal Dinner

My wonderful cousin Brianna got married and we were sooooo thankful to be back in the States to celebrate with her. The wedding was at a beautiful resort in West Virginia. It was the first time to see everyone from my Mom's side of the family and it was just great to be reunited. We had so much to catch up on and not enough time. It was a busy weekend, but so fun. Congrats Bri and Joey :)

Sweet Shanna.

Inventing the new...

...DIAPER HAT! I know everyone wants one. Micah was completely intrigued by this and just laughed and laughed. It was too cute. Gotta love the creativity of a grandparent :)

Golf Buddies

Micah pretty much loves all sports, so it was no surprise that golf with big hit. Poppi took him out to the putting green and let him hit a few balls. I think Micah thought he was a little stud with the golf bag around his waist. I can't wait until they can actually play 9 holes together...one day :)

Welcome Home Party

My parents knew we would have so many people we would want to see, so they were so sweet and threw us a "Welcome Home Party." It was so great to see so many of our good friends and the many new little ones that have arrived since we left :) It was a hot, but fun night catching up with everyone...
