Dead Sea Race

This morning Paul woke up bright and early to head to the Dead Sea with some friends for his very first 10k race. I was quite proud of him and just a tad jealous that I could not join him in the fun-especially at the Dead Sea. He said it such a fun atmosphere and that they were blaring some American music, which made him forget he was in the Middle East. Paul did really well in the race and Micah and I couldn't wait to welcome our runner home.

Great job Paul! Andrew and I were planning on walking a 10K here in Louisville, but ended up driving to New Orleans that weekend instead. Oops. Maybe next time...

Yeah...for your first 10K Paul! Running races can become so fun you forget the pain from the running and only remember the good food at the end and entertainment along the way! So proud!
