There is just something special about good friends. I love the fact that you can just pick right back up after not seeing each other for two years and it's like you never skipped a beat. I cannot even tell you how much we missed our friends while living overseas. We truly are blessed to have such godly friends who uplift us and encourage us in our walk with the Lord.
It was so good to be reunited at last with the Waggoner's, Rainer's, and of course Nate :) They all came and picked us up from the airport, which was a fun surprise as we got to FINALLY meet precious little Canon Rainer!!! We also had a fun pool day with them-even though it rained on us. Boo! It was Micah's first experience in a big pool since last summer, and he did great.
CANON...I love him!
They also had a super fun cookout for us which was delicious! Unfortunately, Jess and Rachel had to trade off coming over as Canon had croup :( It was just good to relax and hang out. We had so much to catch up on, and still do! I wish we all could get together more often. We love them!
